You've got nothing if you don't have your health.
It sucks that you have to even make this decision, I understand. I have crohn's disease, and sometimes I have to slow down and take it easy because to me, it's not even worth living after a certain point and no dreams are worth that feeling.
Just do your best, but remember, you're not going to be able to do anything if you push too hard.

I'm only guessing but neither Pelosi or Obama are up for election this coming November and they both think they're better than everyone else, so I'm sure they have no problem sacrificing others to achieve their agenda.

Hospital Consulting could be an interesting choice for you. Tasks range from Audit to PR and many more. Job includes traveling, so you will see a lot also. Performing surveys, analyzing data, creating solutions...have a look :)
