I am American and I LOVE France. However, lack of French speaking ability might hurt you. English isn't widely spoken in France.

In order of affordability:
Canada, US, France, UK

Order of college:
US, UK, France, Canada

Career options:
Only France will be limited because your language skills. Places in Canada will limit you too since they speak French as well.

Weather:

None are like Philipines. It depends on where you go in each country. Canada and UK will be mostly cold. US cold in northern parts. France cold in the north, warm in the south.



You should do research before you decide. All countries are going to have certain VISA and other restrictions.

California has good weather, all what you want, and a lot of filipino people (depending).


If I were you, I would do more research on job openings and honestly apply to all. If you can visit, spend a few days, in each country. Canada is on the border of the US and UK France. In two trips you can visit both.

In US I recommend California and Texas.


You need to tell me more information and I can help you more. The US is A LOT different, as well as other countries, depending on where you would live.

i think "they" say we're the best because we're suppose to be the land of opportunity and more freedoms. A lot of us abuse those freedoms and privileges though. thats why everything is becoming more screwed up now. I know this wont happen during my generation, but itll be a 3rd world country in the distant future. we are still holding strong but like anything that grows old, itll deteriorate. thats whats happening. so i guess you have to make the best of it.

NOOOO take it from someone who lives in Arkansas he did nothing good. Instead of sugar sodas in the school machines he thought it would be a better idea to have them aspertane infested (diet soda) which may I add can make you even fatter than regular soda it make you want to eat more. I could go on about everything else but I don't want to go on a rant here so ill leave it at that.
