For general career info: http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search 'health educators' or such.Just as a layperson, minoring in spanish seems like a wonderful complement to the public health degree since one usually works with various populations and areas. Perhaps talk with a student advisor at your school about which direction to go after finishing your undergrad work.

The joint MSW/MPH is becoming a very popular degree especially in the policy advocacy area of any major health and Mental Health area (this can include infections - HIV, TB, etc; preventable - Diabetes, Heart Disease, etc.; degenerative - dialysis; progressive - MS, traumatic - TBI, paralysis; mental health - Schizophrenia, Bipoloar)Obviously -work can also include direct service on the various units in hospital and other settings.
