How does cross training in the Air Force work?We Answered:
To be able to cross train, several things have to be in place:1. Your current career field must be overmanned
2. The gaining career fields must be undermanned
3. Your functional must be willing to release you from your career field
If one of those 3 is not happening... you won't be allowed to cross train. Also, you cannot cross train until after your first enlistment is up. So, you must be on at least your second term of enlistment.

High school senior who has decided to pursue a career in health and wants to go to top med school, pipe dream? We Answered:
1. Yes. You can get into a top med school from any college or university if you impress them enough. It's just easier coming from a top school because they know you worked hard for that GPA.2. If you can, but keep in mind med school is expensive - don't waste money on undergrad if possible. And many med school recommend you take your premed classes from the school you graduate from, so you might want to put some off until junior year if you're going to transfer.
