If you go to www.indeed.com, you can type in the type of job you are looking for and your zip code and the website will pull jobs from all the major sites (and some not-so-major sites). It's a heck of a lot easier to go to 1 website verse going to several! And it's free.

I would say that Indeed is the best job search engine, since it pulls jobs from Job Boards (like Monster and Careerbuilder) and company career websites.

Have you tried looking in your local newspaper in the classfied section for open jobs?
Also, do you have an employment / unemployment office nearby?
They post jobs daily before they hit the newspapers.
Also in the newspaper, check to see if they have a classified section online.
They won't show as many jobs.

Be really careful with Craigslit.
Almost daily I see questions about scam job positings...
