The Canadian Forces is a great career, you won't regret joining. It is very challenging and every day is different.

As for cadets, join the one that interests you the most. If you are into camping, shooting, and other army type stuff, army cadets is for you. Air cadets still do all that stuff, but have a more air force oriented program. You will get a chance to go flying and could get your pilots licence if you work hard enough. It costs nothing to join.
