Are there any job databases like craigslist? We Answered:
Not many of them. Selling access to the resumes is how most of them pay their bills. Why do you want free access to resumes?
PageBites.com has an open resume database that can be searched by anyone. I wouldn't recommend posting a resume there openly - the contact information should be supressed and the current job and employer disguised.
Most legitimate job sites are do not allow free resume searches. It put job seeker privacy at risk for no good reason, and there is usually substantial financial risk associated with that.
If you are a recruiter or employer looking for new employees, post your job on Craigslist. It's free to do in all but 7 cities, and it should accomplish the same thing.
If you are a job seeker, you are best served by job sites that limit access to your resume, for reasons of protecting your privacy and your identity. Don't post your resume on Craigslist for precisely that reason, unless you omit your name, address, and phone number (use a job-search only e-mail address, like Yahoo, for identification). If you are employed, your boss could find your resume and fire you for being a job seeker. If you're not employed, you still have your privacy to protect - you don't want spam or scams or identity theft.

How to search in Access? Is query=search? We Answered:
One easy way to do this is to add a command button to your form that will open the 'Find and Replace' applet, allowing you to search for any text in the form. Here is how to do it:
Create a form based on your table (or, better yet, based on a query of your table).
Open the Controls toolbar and make sure the Controls Wizard button is turned ON (it's the second button). Select a command button and place it on your form. This will start the Control Wizard that helps you configure the button. In the Categories list, select 'Record Navigation.' In the Actions list, select 'Find Record.' Finish configuring the command button and save the form.
In Form View, put the cursor in the field you want to search and click the search button to start the 'Find and Replace' applet, which you use to find particular records in the form. (Press F1 on the applet for a bried help screen on using 'wildcards.')
