Dubai is a very strong country filled with rich people and rich government so with such positive and good things of course the city will bring itself up as it was or even better than before. Your an educated boy/man so I am definitely sure u can find a very good job with a high salary. There are so many places to work for such MBA u have. When you are coming to Dubai, you should come with the idea of spending at least 3 years working the same job because most companies will issue you a work visa - EMPLOYMENT VISA which is valid for 3 years. There are tons of ceremonies to undertake before you even get the job and even after- visa, medical process and lots of money is invested by the company. With regards to TEMP JOBS- not many available honestly! As a FRESH ENGINEER- you will need to gain local work experience to even think of getting a good salary here. But, don't come here thinking of a temp placement unless u can manage some kind of TRAINEE TRANSFER PROGRAM within your current company or an INTERN opportunity. But, honestly temp jobs are few and far between. Good Luck!
