England Job Search Help?

We Answered:

The amount of help you will receive really depends on how "in demand" you are. Like the US, the UK sets forth all sorts of hurdles for employers who hire foreign nationals. So, if you have a degree in chemical engineering it might be worth it for a company to bring you on. However, probably not if you just have a HS education since they can just as easily hire an English born employee and avoid all the hassles. I suggest you take a serious look at your skill set and apply for jobs based on what you are qualified to do. Just search sites like http://www.international-job-search.com/ and you will see what kind of jobs are available to expats. Good luck.

Finding a job in England..read details please?

We Answered:

Hey. London is extremely expencive and you will need a lot of money to buy a property there. I live in leicester, it is highly populated with immugrants from all over the world. ( In 2012, there will be a equal amount of people here that are immugrants than english! ). It is as expencive as anywhere else in England except for places such as 'London.'
Hope This Helped.

What do foreigners have to go through in order to get a job in England?

We Answered:

Ok, First if you wanna enroll in College in Englad, contact the University and they'll tell you what to do you, If you already hold a Degree you should start making an Internship in an English Company, in that time you can start making your network and when Internship ends, you'll have a job and you'll stay there, and yes that's kinda complicated it's a lot of paperwork, but anything in this life is impossible, so Work Hard, and Good - Luck.

i'm italian, in october i'll come to england, and i will immediately search for a job in a fast food or a bar?

We Answered:

Try Southampton, Manchester, Birmingham or any large city other than London where too many students come in and look for jobs. Also London is by far the most expensive place in England to Live but not really reflected in unskilled wages.
