Seriously tho...you have hit the major job sites. Here's some others you might check into.
Yahoo HotJobs, linkedin.com, jobfox.com, jobster.com, and Craigslist
On Craigslist watch out for job scams and also the spam you'll receive if you post your resume (its free for job seekers).
Keep in mind many employers will google a candidate's name to check out their online presence. A filled out profile and resume on LinkedIn.com, Jobfox.com, jobster.com will allow employers to have immediate access to additional information you included in the profile. Out of those 3 I would suggest using LinkedIn first because it allows to network with others in your field which increases your chances of getting hired. LinkedIn also has groups you can join some of which have their own job boards.

As you are so young and only want part time it would be a good idea to actually visit places where you can work on a casual basis, somewhere were they would need some lifting and carrying! Try garden centres or building sites, landscape gardeners etc.
You could even ask your friend and neighbours if they want gardening work done cheap,using their equipment! If you lived nearer you could help me out in the garden and other odd jobs.
Where ever you go, be smartly dressed, well mannered and show enthusiasm!
