Two very basic suggestions, and they are both serious -Change your attitude. If you lie on a resume, sooner or later you will be caught, you will lose the job, and your career will not be helped. The whole attitude of not being an honest person is destructive - lose it.
Learn to use the English language. Spelling, punctuation, writing in complete and balanced sentences - these all say something to a prospective employer about who you are, and the level of intelligence and care you might bring to a position. Based on the way you wrote your question, I would not give your resume a second look.
