Depends on what kind of research- mostly, thats left to professors- so you will need a phd in whatever- sounds like psychology is your area. If your talking medical research, then you will need an md and a biology degree.

there are several that are specific.it has been several years since i used them so i dont remember the names...except careerbuilder.com.you can post a resume that states your education.also i remember check marking a box for all jobs or just the ones that i qualify for based on education/experience. i just found them by doing a search
