Job Search Employers
Delores Said:
During a job search when employers check your credit, what are they looking for?We Answered:
It's not really a matter of score, what they are looking for is derogatory things like collections, judgments, bankruptcy's, repossessions, tax liens, child support, charge offs, late payments etc.How a person handles their personal finances is a direct reflection of how employers can expect them to handle their jobs.
I don't agree with this practice, but considering the amount of money that companies spend training new employees it's understandable that they use this to weed out people that may not be worth their investment.
