In my experience, most of these engines are used for lower level positions. For mid management to (and specially to) higher positions, companies tend to use head hunters.
It is also very good to put your resume NOT only in one engine but in the ones you find more complete. The more field you write on, the better. Don't let unanswered questions, be honest and in an open ended question, express yourself and describe your experience in full (remember you want your resume to shine, not over a hundred, but over a million other resumes). If you really want a good job, put all your effort to it.
On the other hand: In the meantime, I strongly recommend you to join a Network Marketing company. I could mention the one I joined, but I don't want to push you in any way. When you select a network marketing company: focus on these things:
- Find a company that distributes products that YOU LIKE
- A company with many years of experience
- A company with people and PROCESSES that will help you and GUIDE YOU to achieve your goals.
- A company that will constantly train you (check for quantity and quality of the training)
- Most important of all: a company that will help you have POSITIVE cash-flow within the next 3 months. Doesn't really matter if it's only $100 but it does matter that this cash-flow is positive and not negative. And also, that those $100 will increase from month to month.
- Make sure you join a team of committed individuals who can show you their own results and also they can show you how they have helped other achieve their financial goals.
- Make sure you feel conformable!

Keep in mind that it takes time, nothing is done over night and don't think that you will make millions in the first month (you can do it if you dedicate the time and the quality of your work) It works faster than climbing the corporate ladder but really it won't happen over night. If you have set your mind to dedicate 40 to 50 years to another company, why not 3 to 10 years in a network marketing company?

Also keep in mind that being part of a network marketing company is a constant learning, very different from the corporate world most of us. Very, extremely important to keep an open mind and a strong desire to achieve your goals.

There are two types of Conservatives, the ones who are the excessively wealthy, and the second larger group, the ones who eat up whatever the first group feeds them. This second group is what you're referring to, and they do it from necessity. It is harder and harder for average Americans to start their own businesses, so they are increasingly forced into doing whatever they have to, simply to make ends meet. When it comes to whats good for America and American workers, they simply don't get it.

American corporations pay the second lowest corporate tax rate in the world.These same corporations offshore American jobs to other country's, simply because they can. Since Reagan, our government has deregulated and eliminated tariff's on the behalf of these barely taxed corporations ( includes Reagan, Bush, Clinton & Bush). Yet if you talk to one of these conservatives (non-wealthy ones), you'd think the problem in this country is unions and too much socialism. Unions which are 7% of the work force if that (compared to over 20 when Reagan was in office...with that trend and a "conservative" belief, one would think the economy should be trending better, not worse, right?).

Anyhow, the "conservative following" has made it easier and easier for these guys to not protect American borders, unions, or jobs... and now they are stuck with whatever jobs that they can find.

There are a number of government departments who advertise jobs on their website and these sites are quite effective in finding jobs for job searchers !!
