2. Repeat 1 for more companies.
3. Apply to job advertisement in press.
4. Apply to specialist recruitment agency.
5. Shotgun approach sending out CVs.
6. Apply to non-specialist recruitment agency.
7. Use online job search websites.

The best way to search for a job is to do so online. Look for a suitable job opening, apply, get shortlisted, have a phone interview and hopefully get hired.
That way you will be provided with your ticket to Dubai and you will enter the UAE on a proper employment entry permit. All visa and work related costs have to be on the employer only and are not deductable from your salary.

Some people may say to come here on a visit visa and search. You can do so also, but 1) visa costs and airfare would come out of your pocket, 2) you don't know if you will find a job in within 30 days, 3) you have to pay for a hotel and 4) a tourist visa can't be converted into an employment visa. You would have to leave UAE again and re-enter after 30 days.
