I am in desperate need of a job ! any hints as to where i can search for a job fast in Toronto!?We Answered:
Ugh, I hate spammers...As to your question, yes you can try the walk-in/temp places, Adecco etc (Sorry can't remember them all right now).
You could check the papers too if you haven't already. You checked the online job listing sites, but don't forget to check websites for certain places themselves. Like Home Depot, Canadian Tire, McDonalds etc or whatever field you're looking in, A lot of times they have jobs posted on their own sites that don't go on the online job listings.

Should I try to find a job in Canada before immigrating or move first then commence my job search? We Answered:
I would find a job beforehand, I think you need a potential employer to sponsor you a green card to work, and most likely have to be on US soil when you do. I can drop you my TO job hunting links, live there as well. And as you probably know, it is pretty much a gay mecca, there is a huge gay population here.http://www.monster.ca/

how can i find the fashion design job in toronto? We Answered:
It's hard to find a job in fashion design when you're not in the fashion hub. I would try looking in newspapers and ask around to see if anyone knows a fashion company. And, if you have some sketches you want some feedback on check out http://www.designerbloc.com/ It's a community for aspiring/established fashion designers to display their designs, get community feedback, and meet other designers. I thought it might be useful to you. Good luck!
