Donna Said:

Would anybody be able to help me Play Ball Overseas?

We Answered:

Get a agent first, then talk to the people who are the head of the League that you want to join. Sorry bud, but I don't think anyone here on yahoo answers can actually help you get a contract maybe just advice.

Rebecca Said:

Anyone familiar with Alpha International Promotions?

We Answered:

I believe this a company that switches their names frequently... Is it a "marketing" job? Anyway there are a lot of those and anytime you cant find out about the specific job you are interviewing for it is probably a scam. Hope not and good luck

Lena Said:

Should I live in Austin or Dallas?

We Answered:

Austin definately, much better activities and "topographical diversity". Otherwise both are quite similar.

Florence Said:

Does anyone know of any "important" people or famous people living in Indiana?

We Answered:

Let me suggest a different way of going about your search. Instead of looking for lists of people who would want personal assistants, start with the places these people would come from.

For example, you are right that an athlete might need a personal assistant. So, where would you look for athletes? Obviously, one place to start is with the Indiana Pacers. Here is the roster for the Pacers. Just about every one of these guys is a multi-millionaire or will be very soon.

And don't forget the team's management. You can get their names here:

The other big category would be people in the business world. Here is a list of Fortune 500 companies based in the Indy area.

Do some Internet research on these companies (including, obviously, their corporate Web sites) and look up who is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman of the Board, President, etc. That shouldn't be too hard to find.

What else? Go to the big charities, where important and wealthy people will be on the board or at least be among the big donors. I am thinking of the Indianapolis Art Museum, the Symphony Orchestra, the Opera, the Civic Theater, etc. If you can't find the names of the board members and major contributors online, you can certainly get the information with a visit. For example, those names usually appear in the programs handed out to people going to the shows. There will be some kind of flyer you could pick up at the location that will have the names you need.

Good luck. And by the way, just to state the obvious, the previous answer has at least as many dead people as living ones. Some of them have been gone for many years. (Benjamin Harrison???? Wilbur Wright????)

I hope this helps!!
