There are lots of jobs in the IT industry and require several years of experience and usually some knowledge of Japanese.

English learning as industry is declining in Japan as income of Japanese people is declining in this recession. Did you know that GEOS, one of the largest English schools in Japan, went bankrupt recently?

2, The job of English teacher in Japan usually requires you to be a native speaker or have taken more than 12 years of education in English speaking countries. If you have lived in Russia, you are not in either category.

What do you mean by requiring an interview? I think all jobs require you to take an interview.
