There are no colleges or conservatories with hip hop as a dance major, let alone that even have it as part of their program. There is however a school called HDC. You cannot get a BFA or BA in dance though. They are not accredited. Here is their site http://www.hdcny.com/
As far as getting work, you would be competing with dancers who are ballet trained that can do hip hop as well. Most people want dancers who can do at least street jazz along with hip hop for their music videos. Only 10% of the best trained dancers can get work. Of course if you were enormously talented and could naturally dance as well as Michael Jackson, you could get work. Last time I checked there was only one of him and now he is gone.
