Well, I think he's putting himself at a disadvantage if his only criteria for a mate is race. I would suggest he try to date women of any and every culture. You never know who you're going to love. So, by limiting himself to Chinese women from Singapore, he could be cheating himself out of an opportunity to find true love.

My husband is a Driller in the gold and nickel mines in Western Australia and he started this job four years ago with no experience. There are jobs here for environmentalists, health and safety people and mining crew. jobs are nearly always available as a lot of people come here but dont like the isolation or being away from family and leave. my husbands company is also in the US and Asia so you could start with contacting them.
