My dogs nipples are hard and lumpy..?We Answered:
I'm not trying to be negative, but you need to break this down one step at a time. Get a job. You need money to be able to take your dog to a Vet. Vet's do not work for free, they too need to feed their families. When you get a job, call U..C. Davis Vetrinary Hospital. Because they are a school, their prices will be a lot more reasonable than the local vets. No one can diagnose this over the internet. It may be cancer and it may be nothing at all. You need a Vet to do some testing to find out one way or the other. Good luck.

Question About Foreclosure In California? We Answered:
Once the house is foreclosed, your tenants have no rights. The lease is void and the lender will start the eviction process. What you should do is talk to them about your situation and what is going to happen. I have talked to tenants about this, nothing sucks more than the foreclosure notice being hung on the property and finding out this way that you are about to get kicked out of the home. Some lenders offer a cash for keys program, where yoru tenants will be paid a small stipend to leave the property in good condition and without the eviction process.
I don't know what your tenants could successfully sue you for in this situation. I suppose if they retained counsel, an attorney could find something to sue over, perhaps breach of contract. But if you have no assets, what would they hope to gain?

Which side is TRULY manufacturing outrage over health care?We Answered:
No one is manufacturing outrage. It is the result of the truth of this government attempt of a takeover and fueled by the elitist left like Pelosi and Obama completely disregarding the will of the people.Christine Said:
Someone help me out here?We Answered:
Hey, it's a test question. Not your own question. The answer would be G..
This is the only answer that both paragraphs have facts supporting it.
Examples:
p3 - "People from all over the country of California. Even people from Europe and China arrived to look for gold."
p4 - "1848 the population of California grew from 20,000 to 107,000 people"
F is incorrect because both paragraphs are not about how California became a state, and paragraph 4 hardly explains how.
H is also wrong for similar reasons. Neither paragraph really tells how people lived during the Gold Rush.
J is wrong also. Neither section explains how gold was discovered, only paragraph 3 mentions that it was discovered but not HOW.
