Bryan Said:

How to address a cover letter when applying through a job search site??

We Answered:

It's "to whom it may concern" or "Dear Sir/Madam" or "Dear Hiring Manager" usually.
And about the online application...some rules of decency:

Good luck!

Jessie Said:

On a job search site what is meant by exclude reserved posts in the filter options section?

We Answered:

Reserved posts are jobs which are only open to UK Nationals. Usually in the MoD for security reasons. If you're a UK national, no need to exclude.

Melvin Said:

What is the best job search site?

We Answered:

The best job search site I've used is SimplyHired.com (www.simplyhired.com). It index jobs from all over the web, so it's a one-stop-shop for job seekers. You'll find jobs from job boards, employers, non-profit agencies, government, and recruitment agencies.

The last two jobs that I've been hired, I've found on SimplyHired.com.

Best of luck in your job search!

Violet Said:

Which job search site is the best and why?

We Answered:

I'm a huge fan of careerbuilder - the advanced search tool is easy to use and a great filter. You can narrow your search by everything from school, zip code/miles to travel to job/full time, part time, temp..etc

The others are kinda clunky when it comes to filtering - just my opinion.
