Is it easy to find a job in boson right now?We Answered:
Easy if you're at a "senior" level in the tech fields (VP, Gen. Mgr, Senior Engineer). Otherwise the jobs picture isn't too good. Some seasonal stuff may open soon but will probably fill with "returnees" from last year and hungry locals grabbing for any job.Margie Said:

How long did it take you to find a job? Why is job finding so hard?We Answered:
It took me four months of job hunting obsessivly after graduating. I volunteered in an office doing work in my field, I joined all of the industry associations, attended conferences, networked, etc. I had people look over and revise my resume until it couldn't be more perfect. After about three months and two interviews I was getting extremely frustrated, even applying for jobs I though I was over qualified for and never hearing a thing. Finally it happened though and all of the hard work paid off. It's really hard for people to take a chance on someone with little experience, but while your looking, it's a great opportunity to learn as much about the job as you can, meet people and do whatever it takes to get a leg up on the competition. There are a lot of job hunters out there so you have to be the most polished, the most prepared and the most confident before you will get hired.Good luck! Be patient, it will happen.
