BE aware you won't be allowed to apply for any job without an approved permanent residency job. Most Canadian employers will not sponsor applicants from India as Indian educational credentials are not on par with Canada. Canada will hire an applicant from the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand due to their common language ties and their superb (on par) educational institutions. Many professionals Indians, Pakistanis, etc. who come to Canada looking for work in their fields often have to resort to driving taxis or retail work as their university degrees require recertification once in Canada.

You have to apply for a visa.

Your problem is that you cannot get a work permit without a work visa and you cannot job hunt or be interviewed inside Canada on a tourist visa. You can apply for immigration, which will take a couple of years, and then you can move in and take any job.
