T-mobile help needed lost my job and there not prepared to help me?

We Answered:

its a very unfortunate situation, when i worked in customer care for vodafone i dealt with these issues now and again, and from a terms and conditions stand point, they are doing nothing wrong. from the companies view point, its not their fault you lost you job etc.....

A solution we use to offer customers sometimes was to accept the early termination fee - £189 or whatever it is, and then arrange a payment plan over a slightly longer period than the contract, so the monthly payments are less, not ideal, but better than a ccj!!

call t-mobile back and dont hang up till you get a resultion you are happy with, its amazing keeping carm, not getting angry, and talking to people in a call centre like they are human will get you. a well worded email also works well - mental anguish, etc......

you should talk to your local Citizens advice bureau, they might be able to help you, i have known CAB's take up the case for a client and contact the operator directly

another option would be to get your doctor to write you a letter saying you were mentally unfit to sign a credit agreement without supervision :)

What is a requisition number, if im applying for a job at T-mobile?

We Answered:

On the link you provided they are the numbers in the middle column. It is how they keep different jobs at different locations separate.

Here is a hint at getting hired at T-Mobile. Go into the location at a time when there are few customers or no one customers. Talk to one one of the employees. Ask them what they like about their job. Ask them what they don't like. Have a conversation with them. Then ask them if you can list them a referring you to the job.

Waiting on a job offer! How do I pass the time better!??

We Answered:

first off breathe... next you need to also think that even though everything seems positive it could still fall apart. You need to bring yourself back to reality and focus on your work before the others start to know... When it happens, it happens...

Good luck
