Montreal Job Search

Johnny Said:

Witness the greatest travesty in WWE history outside the "Montreal Screw-job"?

We Answered:

Here are 12 I've come up with off the top of my head, and are in no real order. For every one we come up with, there are most likely 10 more...

*The fact that Davey Boy Smith never won a World Title.
*The fact that Scott Hall (much more talented than Kev Nash) never won a World title.
*That Kane has not had a long run with the World Title, despite having numerous title shots, and being over from October 1997- Novermber 1999.
*Austin being accidentally injured by Own Hart, therefore shortening his own career.
*Losing Owen Hart before his time (I still get emotional thinking about this, as he was one of my favourites).
*Superstar Billy Graham never wrestling Hogan in the 1980's.
*Brock Lesnar never facing Triple H.
*That Eddie never lived long enough to get another World title run (he was booked to beat Batista just before he passed away. Batista was deeply affected by it, as he had developed a bond with Eddie).
*Seeing the Hardcore division ruined and made a joke of by the 24/7 rule (Although RVD and Jeff Hardy did go some way to redeedming it).
*That WWE doesn't really seem intent on hiring women to wrestle, or who can wrestle proficiently, but that they seem to be booked mainly as objects.
*That Hogan and Austin never faced off (if they can put personal differences to one side, this one may well still happen at a future WtrestleMania).
*Linking in with Owen - that so many guys who worked in WWF/WWE down the years have died years before their time.
