Every court officer wants you to succeed and 10 years is a long time to prove you are now on the right track. Shoot higher than nurses assistant though in your request...nurses get paid more after schooling and then pay more taxes - more incentive for the judge to get you into a tax payer instead of a tax spender...

There is no form for that. You would have to apply for licensure in Quebec and they will evaluate your credentials to determine if you meet their education standards. Most Canadian provinces are requiring BSN degree for a nursing license.There is a link on the site for applying for a Quebec nursing license. Be aware that you must be fully fluent in French and pass a rigorous french exam to work there. If you have been navigating the site successfully then your French is probably ok.
