Networking really works to find a job since most jobs are not posted any where. LinkedIn, Ziggs, ZoomInfo, Jigsaw, etc. provide assistance with finding friends and former co-workers.

i'll just tell you good luck. i seriously think you should look for a job before you relocate, otherwise you'll be classified as a local hire and you won't get any airline tickets, housing benefits etc...
what is your educational background? do you have a degree? if so, you could try teaching. good benefits and lots of paid vacations.

as for dating kuwaiti girls.. good luck on that as well. the majority of kuwaiti girls don't date. but you could try facebook if you want to make contacts with people in kuwait before you go there.
