Is anyone else sick of spam and phishing sites pretending to be jobs listed online job boards?

We Answered:

There are so many out there You can tell them apart easily.
If it's not local don't go there

Michelle Said:

What are ways online job boards can improve?

We Answered:

They could quit pestering for degrees. Monster is particular bad about always sending a page your way to look into an online college. It's annoying. Let us look for a job, if we wanted to school info, let us select it from a pop up, don't force it down our throats.

Angela Said:

Do job sites or job boards online really work?

We Answered:

Some of them actually do. I have had myself the opportunity of publishing my resume online of a specialized site and I have had answers and offers as well. As a matter of fact, I am working now at a job I found on one of these sites.
