(I've always like the search on this site that allows you to search jobs by one or more area codes. Found another consulting gig off of this site.)

(This used to be a great site. It might just be me, but it seems to have gone downhill since yahoo bought them out.)

* able to apply for a myriad of jobs
* can apply for jobs all over the world
* can find jobs that the would not have otherwise known about

Benefits for employers
*Able to "weed out" faster online than paper resumes
*Able to reach a broader audience
*Can easliy match qualifications to other jobs they have open if the applicant doesn't meet the requirements of the job for which they applied
