September through May it's off season at the shore with plenty of off season rentals in Ocean Grove all the way down to Point Pleasant. You can get some really good deals on an off season rental or just rent a room weekly/monthly. Ocean Grove is only 15 minutes south of Redbank. Plenty of rentals in Ocean Grove, Bradley Beach, Avon Belmar all the way south to Point Pleasant.
There are train stations in all those towns and it would be easy to commute into the city.

It is only an hour from the Gold Coast which is a place to visit not to live in unless you like lots of tourists, old people, drunken teenagers and screaming kids. Have a look at the classified adverisements in the Courier Mail on a Saturday for job opportunities and house prices. You should get a feel for the city from the newspaper as well.

Perth is a great place too but its main drawback is that it is so far from anywhere else. Have you considered Sydney? It is a wonderful city with great job opportunities in your area. The papers to look at are the West Australian

Not matter how great the offer sounds, if you think it sounds too good to be true, it is. There are no simple systems you can buy which will generate good income. If it were that easy, everyone would spend their $99 and quit their jobs and go enjoy the beach!

We started an online business about 5 years ago and were able to both quit our jobs 2 years ago. It requires a LOT of work to get to that point and you must be very dedicated.
