Problems with job search-need advice quick!?We Answered:
I would absolutely bring it up, especially if you think you are losing jobs because of it.As a side note, most employers don't call references until after your first interview. Some use it as a screening tool for applicants, but it's kind of a hassle to call around and most will wait until they see if they like you in person. Also, if you're worried about it, have a friend call your previous employer and pose as a potential employer and see what they are saying about you. I have done that in the past just to see what the word is about me...

Good Solid Job Search Sources.?We Answered:
I would start with your school's placement office - scammers don't seem to have discovered these for job postings so anything listed should be valid. Also if there is an alumni group for Web Development graduates, get involved and network. Look on linkedin for other people from your university and don't be afraid to contact themSpeak to other people who graduated from your school about recruiters/headhunters they worked with
See if any trade magazines have job postings in the magazine or their website

I would say France because in my experience the Germans are more likely to learn other languages than are the French.German is spoken more than French is in Switzerland and much more than French is in Austria, though!
