Moving to NC nice areas other then Raleigh? We Answered:
Sounds like Chapel Hill may be for you if you are looking to stay in the Raleigh-Durham area. However if suburbia is your preference then Cary is the perfect place depending on how you like the sound of leaf blowers and lawnmowers. Personally I prefer Asheville, NC because of the mountains and relaxed less conservative culture. I lived in Raleigh for 12 years and Cary for 1. Liked Raleigh, hated Cary, and dreamed of Asheville. I live in Atlanta now but I still dream of Asheville and North Carolina in general. Good Luck!Oscar Said:

Jobs in Raleigh, NC for 15 year olds?We Answered:
It is hard for a 15yr old to find a job in a business since legal age is 16yrs old. Put up flyers in local stores for babysitting and jobs you could do, cleaning, yard work, etc... Check with your neighbors to see if they have any odd jobs they need done. You could make up flyers and pass them out in your neighborhood for jobs you can do for them. Make a creative flyer so it will attract their attention and read it. Some grocery stores hire teens at 15 to bag groceries too. Good Luck!Mathew Said:
Where should a single, young professional moving near Raleigh, NC live?We Answered:
The best part of Raleigh for young professionals is definitely in and around Downtown. The restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, and shops certainly cater to young professionals in their 20s and 30s, no doubt.Areas I would suggest looking to live would include the downtown core, as well as surrounding neighborhoods such as: Glenwood South, City Market/Moore Square, Brooklyn-Glenwood, Boylan Heights, Oakwood, Mordecai, Seaboard/Pilot Mills, Warehouse District, Cameron Park, Oberlin, University Park, Cameron Village, Oakdale, Longview, Caraleigh, Five Points, Hayes-Barton, Bishops Park, Method, and Hi-Mount.
That said, if your field is IT, there's a high chance that instead of getting a job in the city of Raleigh, you may find one in Research Triangle Park (RTP). If that's the case, then I'd look to live in and around downtown Durham. It's more affordable than Raleigh, and a MUCH shorter commute to RTP from there. Areas of Durham for young professionals would include downtown, Brightleaf Square, Trinity Park, Ninth Street/Old West Durham, Northgate, Morehead Hill, Old North Durham, Watts-Hillandale and American Tobacco Historic District.

Why can't I find a teaching job?We Answered:
That's odd, I just looked at the Wake County Schools website and there's like a couple dozen elementary school teacher openings listed!Maybe the competition is high for those slots, I don't know...but there are certainly openings!
