If you want to relocate and then want to search for a job --- I wish not to do that.
If you prefer south India you can try Bangalore Hyderabad or Chennai. For initial stage these areas are the best. If you get a job there you can save at least a reasonable amount at initial.

Most business schools offering MBAs expect (even require) that you have some work experience prior to working on that degree. Your MBA is a great degree if it is from a well recognized accredited institution.
