have you graduated? if you are a biologist now you should be able to find work..check with the colleges job search area, if not...see what intern positons they have a list for ..do this during the summer to gain experiance. Our college freq sends out listings to students of jobs and intern oppurtunites
yes you need to keep your job until you graduate and get the experiance you need. If you take lab tech classes you might get ajob in a hospital, but very few biology jobs are available in hospitals

Monster and Hotjobs only carry positions from companies willing to spend a lot of money to advertise them on their site.

Try www.jobsearchuniverse.com, www.simplyhired.com, www.indeed.com, www.pagebites.com and www.craigslist.com

The first four aggregate info from a lot of job sites. The last one has a lot of listings.

Second, I have the idea that you are looking for a poition away rfom WV. This suggestion requires a leap of faith--move where the jobs are. Many companies find long distance hireing less attractive than hiring someone local. The reasons are too numerous to go into here.
