Also look foor websites in your area (like newspapers) and websites that are career/industry specific. For example, technical folks rely on http://www.dice.com, project managers can look get information from the PMI group.

There is no one perfect website but the more targeted you are the better. Don't forget to create a list of target companies where YOU would want to work at. Many positions are opened and filled before they are posted on these types of websites. Knowing people on the inside will increase your chances.

donot waste time and money in that, better log on to moster and dice and apply for the position, keep your resume updated regularly on them and pick all the phone calls.

If you live in a town with lots of TV stations you need to make friends with people who know people who work there. I'm thinking you live in Southern CA. Lots of the weather men own their own planes(take flying lessons). I know at the Fullerton Airport at least 7 guys who flew out of it worked in broadcasting. At Long Beach Airport lots more. That is just one way. Another is to learn to ride (Dressage) my ex's sister does that and found a job as a buyer for TV shows. Think about where people go and take lessons there.
