It depends where u r staying. One of the major costs in here is Rent and Transportation. U r a newcomer, it is good to rent a car, but directions are very hard, cause in here when they give you a location, they will say for example: xyz road, next to xyz restaurant or hotel or school. Most roads dont have names!!! Wiered, so u should know the names of most restaurants and other places to find the place u want to go. And if u want to use Taxis they are a bit expensive and it is hard to get them everywhere, because of Traffic. Sometimes, when after long time waiting u get one, the driver simply tells u i am not taking u, cause there is too much traffic. Other cost is ur rent for the apartment or the cost of Hotel u r trying to stay. My opinion, find ur self a hotel apartment, a cheaper one and look for job availabilities in internet. Then see where are the most locations u will be looking for a job, for instance:(Deira, Bur Dubai, Gharhood). Then choose ur hotel near such locations so ur transportation would be easier. I cant give u an exact cost, but not considering ur rent, lets say 100 dhs/day for taxi and minimum of 40 for food. around 150 per day (minimum) so 4500 dhs per month. So, if u get a hotel close to ur destination and choose the breakfast accommodation, u will cut ur food and transportaion costs probably down to 90 dhs, so 2700 dhs per month. So, as I said, try to look for job as of now and choose a nearby location cause it save u alooot!

Its party time, mate!!!! No issues at all. But, these days (depending on your job profile), you may get a employment visa or a 3 month visa (Temporary Employment Visa). Simply send a copy of your resume and cover letter with a copy of your temporary work permit for Canada, (f you havent, www.cic.gc.ca) this can done to what the company prefernces are. Say if they provide email address, email them scanned or doc. copies, if they are fax, simplier just fax. Lastly, if they are call-in or drop-off, mail it.
