I love shopping at both stores but I personally think Forever 21 would be a more fun place to work. At Victoria's Secret you have to wear a suit everyday and at Forever 21 you can wear all sorts of fun things. The discount would be great at both places at well, but I think you'd get more use out of Forever 21, but that's just me. If you wear a TON of Victoria's Secret then maybe the discount would be better there. Also think about how flexible is with the work schedule you need.

Since graduating from high school in June 2009, I've decided to take a year off and search for employment. Over the last couple of years I've gained valuable experience, which you only can fin(d) in certain individuals.

Since 2007, every August, I HAVE volunteered with Absolute.org and went down to Mexico TO buil(d) houses for families in need. As well AS interactING WITH the community, arranging soccer camps, visiting mentally disabled children and farm workers who work for 80 cents a hour. Because of my experience in Mexico, I'm a community advocate for Absolute.org in Victoria.

Also in the near future, Chek News will be interviewing me about MY experience in Mexico. Besides volunteering with Absolute.org, I've volunteered with Free the Children, World Vision; aN after school program for the mentally disabled. I HAVE ALSO participated in my school leadership program.

As for work experience, for now I work for my mom at Broadmead Flowershop. I help take care of our family business, by making online orders, taking phone calls, cleanING the store and beING a cashier.

Right now I'm looking for full time job. I can work anytime BETWEEN 8 am to 12 am everyday EXCEPT Sunday. I believe that with my past experiences and my outgoing personality, I will be a valuable employee.

You need to contact the Miscellaneous Workers union which covers the award for service workers.

Because Maccas, KFC, Myers, DJs etc are major outlets they have negotiated their own award structures. All the rest of the retail outlets have the same award.

The salary is dependent on the age and in some cases the time of day/night/weekend.
