IMHO, I've found Beloit to be "not so nice". Many refer to it as the arm-pit of Wisconsin... it really doesn't have much to offer. It has the highest teen pregnancy rate and one of the weakest real estate markets in the Midwest. Beloit's property crime levels tend to be much higher than Wisconsin's average level. The same can be said for violent crime in Beloit. I'd personally wait for another job offer!

This was featured on 20/20 a few years ago. The company wants you to accept both packages and payments for them, and forward them to an oversees address. What is actually happening is people are using stolen credit cards to purchase items that will be shipped to your address. You are then expected to forward these items to an oversees address at your personal expense, then are given a fake address in which to forward the receipts for a reimbursement that will never happen. Any payments you receive come from people who have been scammed from those emails that say "please accept this money order for $xxxx, keep your share of the money plus an extra $xxx for your troubles and forward the rest to our shipping specialist"

In short it is a scam that will involve the F.B.I. showing up at your door and taking you to jail for credit card fraud, and money laundering.

Since you are in social work, you can try emailing or calling the Ministries to see if they have available openings.

However, the way Jamaica operates can be a very "it's who you know" kind of thing so it could help to have your partner ask around.

Ok. Everything about DSL.
If you just changed the name on account it shouldn't make any difference the only thing make sure they didn't change your usernane and password. If they did you will need to reconfigure your DSL gateway.
Regarding you wireless router I don't know which DSL modem you have but it's possible that you have 2wire DSL modem which has wifi build in and perhaps you didn't know about it. Meaning if you DSL modem has wifi build in and it's on and you hooked additional wireless router it's a problem basically you creating conflict in signal.
1. Reboot you DLS modem by unplugging power cable from a back. Make sure all lights came up and green and solid. If DSL light is flashing all the time it means there is a problem on DSL line. If Internet light is red it's means you DSL is not active and you need to calll At&t.
2. Disable you wireless router - just power it down and see if this solve your problem.

Maybe general yard maitenance or car detailing; something in that neighborhood. There is no age limit, you can make your own hours, and best of all, you won't have to pay taxes. Good Luck!

I'm not a Wisconsin native, but I have had luck working out job situations with professors. Your professors are a valuable tool when looking for jobs. Many need lab techs and many more know the companies related to their fields in the area. Ask your favorite profs for the names of a few places you might try to apply. Good luck!

Well, I know that once when my Dab was having a hard time finding a job he went to an employment agency. He really didn't want to, as he had never done that before, but he ended up getting a pretty good job.

You seem to have good qualifications so I would think that you could get work through an agency. If you haven't tried that maybe it would help.
