It depends on what job it is. Just because someone is more educated and has more experience doesn't mean their even good at the job. Someone who has no experience may have a better personality and be a fast learner. Plus the person who has more experience may have gotten fired or something that the new employer doesn't want to deal with.

Your work experience looks just fine (some people your age have never worked at all !)

Note, however, is highly unlikely you will ever be "called back" = unlike school, the real work world expects YOU to look for work (many others will be ringing up the Agency begging them for work, or standing on the doorstep before the Bar's open on the day they start hring for Xmas etc).

It depends on what side of the issue the attorney is on. If it involves very technical information it might work out to one side's advantage to pick a jury who won't understand what they are talking about in hopes they can be easily persuaded. On the other hand, an educated juror may not be so easily swayed by a shoddy defense. Picking a jury is really an art in some cases, there are people who consult on it professionally.
