If you are talking about becoming a pilot, you have a long ways to go before that, including college again. If you want to work as a ground crew i suggest you go to the airport and look for a job, get connections ask people there.

My dad works at Heathrow airport, so I know for a fact that you can work in some areas. It depends as to where you want to get the work in the airport, but high security levels are a problem. Also, your application may not be accepted due to insurance. My dad told me I can't go to his work any more in case I have an accident in one of their vehicles (he is a ground operations duty manager). Unlikely as it may be, you will be uninsured if it does happen, and the company will not want to take risks for being held responsible.

However, this may not be the case. Different areas and jobs around the airport will have different rules towards insurance and security etc., so you must search for the each possible area and job. You will need to find a company within Heathrow that is willing to let you do work experience with them.
