Being Engaged should not be poor etiquette. You aren't trying to upstage her. You and your boyfriend have a plan, and as long as it isn't purposely being used to hurt someone what you are doing shouldn't be an issue. As for your Other sister who is 25, it seems she isn't very worried about who gets married first, or engaged first, but you shouldn't put your life on hold because its not what your sister wants.

I actually know two families who had all three of their children engaged at one time, and are all planning weddings at once, No one was trying to out do the other, they all were doing what they wanted in a a wedding and a future.

He's not going to get those jobs because they know he's going to quit as soon as he finds something better. Try the temp agency. That's how I got mine. I temped for a few places and one place liked me so much that they hired me full time.

I suppose I can tell you it can only get better from here - you still have a shot at that job and your single offence was minor and you're still in with a good chance. Your boyfriend will recover quickly, you'll have no extra expenses from the car now that you don't have one and public transport is always available.

A friend of mine always goes by the two-nuke standard: An obituary was posted in 2010 for a man who had survived being less than two miles from ground zero in Hiroshima, then trekked 180 miles, suffering serious burns to his upper body and almost deaf, through the streets filled with the dead and dying to catch the last train home to Nagasaki, just in time to be about two miles from ground zero a second time. He survived both blasts, and later found his wife and six-month-old son alive.

It can always get worse, but there is always hope.

She could travel back and forth on a green card, but she wouldn't be able to stay outside of the US for over a year, unless she applied for a re-entry permit first. she'd be free to stay in the US as long as she wants, of course. If she's spending most of her time in China and only going to the US for short trips though she'd risk losing her status at some point.

I go to Church every Sunday, however, if my boss needs me to come in onece in a blue moon I will. They cater to your needs every week by giving you Sunday's off, the least you could do is come in when they really need you. Work is work, if you want a place to be run to suit your needs then start your own busines.
