I used the site About.com to find a lot of resources. It wasn't just one specific site's take on CVs, it was plenty of sites offering a variety of info for appropriate CVs in each field.

It is your CV, write it how you like. Remember that people apply for jobs in their dozens and even hundreds. If it is not neat and tidy it will not get read. Spelling matters. If bullets make it read clearer; why not use them. If they are going to make it just look fussy, probably not. Employers know that many people leaving full time education may not have work experience. If you have taken a break after study before seeking employment say so at the end in the interests section why you did this, especially if it broadened your world and view of life/people.

I think if you have completed some of high school, they will not care too much about your primary school history.

If you don't have any work experience, perhaps think of skills and attributes you have acquired through hobbies. Things like computing skills, typing skills, design skills, team work skills, leadership skills etc.

If you are a high school student or just finished high school, I don't think your C.V. needs to be that comprehensive. They will probably judge you more by your personality.
