First of all you should write about your hobbies, that too related to the job requirement where you are applying for, i would suggest you to write any technical skills if you have like, computer skills, any diploma, etc...

You don't have to worry, because there are lacs of jobs available online for first time job seekers, based upon their skills and qualifications,if you are confident, and enough to prove your talent/skills in any job then there are many doors open in front of you....

It'll be hard to get a job in sales at 16, but there are a lot of places for you to try. I'm not sure where you live, but I would check with local computer sales stores or other similar local businesses. Talk to the owner or manager, be professional, dress very nicely, and more than anything, prove to him that you're serious about doing well and that you'll do anything to excel in the position.

That's how I got a job at age 18 selling windows for a home remodeling company making 85k/year. :D
