Your question is unclear and if you truly are a hotel/restaurant management graduate, didn't you have to have some kind of written communication skills?
You have no punctuation, no capitalization, no proper beginning or end of your sentences either.

Go to your college advisor and ask about internships. That's exactly what those are for - to get you some job experience before sending you out into the world. A large number of these are done over the summer, so that it doesn't interfere with your schooling. Your advisor will help you find one that fits your needs and help you apply for it. Mid you, applying doesn't mean you get it. Most internships require you to interview for the position.

However, there are some great internships out there AND you get college credit. For some, you have to pay the tuition, but a prime internship pays your tuition and gives you a small stipend for your work.

OR, if there is a specific company out there for which you wish to work, contact them directly about their internships and requirements.

An internship is an excellent aide to you - it teaches you the basics for getting started in that field, and it also allows you to see if you'd really like to do that job. I did two myself - one working with at risk students, and one in social services in the "abuse" department. I decided early on in the second that I'd liekly hurt someone if I stayed in that social services field, so I went on to other things.
