Jesse Said:Work experience for 14 year olds?
We Answered:I think at your age the only work experience you could acquire would to dog-sit neighbor's pets and do chores like walk the dog, clean up after the animal, give baths, etc. Perhaps you could call your local animal shelter and ask if you are qualified to volunteer. I hope that helped!
Chad Said:Can work change job role 4 weeks before going on maternity leave.?There is no health & safety aspect.?
We Answered:You need to look at the conditions of your job regarding pregnancy. If you do not want to switch you could ask for your dr to write a letter in support of you continuing where you are. But for the sake of 4 weeks, it isnt a very long time.
Miguel Said:Need ideas for work experience... something art related?
We Answered:Even tattoo artest have grunts... so go and see if you can work doing OTHER THINGS.
I DO STRONGLY recommend that you go back to school and get some kind of OTHER training though. What about becoming a nurse who REMOVES tattoo's ? (or skin care?)
Tattooing is a job that is totally reliant on the economy... and style of the day.
I was an art major in school and believe me it is a HARD hard profession to stay in...
Donna Said:Yr 10 work experience?
We Answered:Call them and ask. Never be nervous about asking questions.
Everett Said:Work experience in a hospital?
We Answered:My niece just had the same problem, and the answer from all the local hospitals was no they can't have anyone under 16 on work experience and was advised to try nursing homes instead.
Ruby Said:I've got a week to do work experience at a hospital and am confused as what to wear? Smart but practical....
We Answered:Smartly dressed, nice tailored skirt or pant suit,(no mini skirts).
Smart jacket and again pants or skirt,( please wear tights,or panty hose).
Blouse or smart top,not to bright or bold. No wild hairstyles and remove your piercings, shoes can have a bit of a heel but make sure they are comfortable as you will be doing a lot of walking.
All sounds a bit boring I know but I think you need to blend in more than stick out.
Relax and enjoy.I wish it was me!
