my prac's, my teachers expected me to follow what they did. I found that a bit hard, as their style did not match mine. Afterwards, I was thankful, because how you teach during prac will change once you become a teacher. Learning someone else's ways gives you the chance to step out of your comfort zone. When you finally have your own class, you will be able to experiment as much as possible. Also, ask lots of questions, ask for suggestions, and don't be afraid to step in and help students. Also, critique yourself and discuss how you could improve with the teacher. Make sure you are prepared, with thorough lesson plans, creative resources, and give your teacher a copy of all your resources.

You can but it will be exhausting. I tried it but ended up quitting the evening job because of the demands of teaching. I would suggest extending the amount of your loans so that you have money for living expenses as well, or I would suggest only working on the weekends or just a couple of nights a week. Tutoring is also a good idea you may want to think about...as a certified teacher, I charge 30 dollars an hour...I'm sure you could fetch 15-20 an hour with your degree completed. Just remember your student teaching comes first! Good luck!

You are doing it wrong in your high school there's a career advisor talk to him. I had the same problem the career advisor in my school found me a job in 2 days after I spoke with him. However, a part time job will not help you pay for college.If you want a job that will give you educational benefits find out what you want to study in college and apply for government or military jobs.
