Because of the legal implications of changing diapers as a very intimate experience, the day care providers are only allowed to do this. If you were babysitting, the parents would give you permission and expect you to change diapers. Emptying a potty may seem gross, but I'm sure you use gloves and wash afterward. Talk to the teachers and let them know how uncomfortable you feel. I'm sure the teachers really appreciate you and all your help that you give them. It is not illegal for you to do this, it comes with the territory of work experience. Sorry dear, probably not the answer you were looking for.
