You would need to have some medically related qualification.

Toronto and Calgary are the corporate centres of Canada. They are both good cities to live in. It will be difficult to break in initially.

Be aware that you will have to get certified in the Canadian province or territory in which you wish to practise. There is no reciprocity/mobility agreement between provinces so if you get certified in Ontario you need to get recertified in Alberta if you wish to move there.

That would depend on your definition of 'good' and 'cost-effective'. There are MBA programs in the UK that cost about 8000 pounds and do not require a valid GMAT score, but they re not very highly rated.There are also lesser-ranked universities in Australia offering you MBA programs for roughly the same amount. An IELTS score would, however be mandatory.

The good B-schools spend millions on getting the best faculty to teach their students and on research, so the fees for the top-rated B-schools are bound to be on the higher side. They have no shortage of applicants either, so they admit candidates based on the amount of work experience and their GMAT scores, since this is an international test which is essentially the same worldwide.

You could try. Consultants don't do anything you can't do yourself and I don't recommend faking certificates.

There are very few jobs right now for anyone. It will take your application several years to go through and thngs might have improved by then.
