Mba In Usa With Work Experience

Diane Said:

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO PURSUE MY MBA IN ONE OF THE TOP MOST UNIVERSITIES IN USA?

We Answered:

I WOULD LIKE YOU TO STOP TYPING IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO READ IT AND ITS ANNOYING AND NO ONE WILL EVER TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. YOU SHOULD PROBABLY TAKE A CLASS ON TYPING.

Colleen Said:

is Mba in USA possible with full scholarship and no work experience??

We Answered:

Amost no one gets full scholarships to MBA programs. Some programs have some financial aid but they make you borrow most of the cost of the program. The types of schools that will accept you with no work experience-low ranked ones-aren't usually the ones that even have some scholarship money. So no, chances for a full scholarship are pretty much zero.

Bryan Said:

can a student with a MBA degree in india but with no work experience could get admission in USA?

We Answered:

Chance is little. You have to be perfect or at least be the tops! Work experience is important and if you don't have it, chance is little. Maybe 30% chance cause you know we have people in the USA that grad every semester. It's going to be a bumping roar but give it a shot. I'm sure sucess or failure is never know until you try to be heard.

Rosemary Said:

Work experience during Graduation or after Graduation for MBA abroad ?

We Answered:

I think your work experience will be counted, as long as it was meaningful, which is to say that you worked with a real company in a meaningful role(which enabled you to learn something from the experience as well as contribute to the company substantially in some way) and it wasn't part-time work or doing odd jobs, such as driving taxis or being a security guard. I'm not sure how B-schools see entrepreneurial work experience. Maybe on a case-by-case basis, just some schools evaluate your corporate work experience with a company. In short, its just not the quantity of work experience as in the number of years worked, but also the quality.

Not all countries have the percentage system. Most developed countries have switched over to the grading system. Which is why the top B-schools admit international applicants on the basis of their GMAT scores to ensure that there is a level-playing field for all, atleast when it comes to MBA admissions.

You could theoretically get admitted to a lesser-ranked B-school which doesn't require a GMAT score in the first place, but those institutions don't ask for work experience either.

Hope this was of some help.

Thomas Said:

Which are the top B-schools in USA, which accepts students with no experience? ?

We Answered:

Business schools like

1. A first degree in something other than business - preferably a real subject like Physics not a soft subject like 'International Relations'.

2. Two years of solid experience working at a company.

Business school is expensive, do it properly and get it right!

MBA in USA with B.Com and Inter CA?

We Answered:

Most MBA programs prefer students with 2-3 years work experience after the first degree, but many accept students right out of college if they have good grades and a high GMAT score. Some MBA programs are designed specifically for new college graduates without work experience.

Consult the Official MBA Guide. It's a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, executive, and accelerated), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. Schools report their accreditation status, tuition cost, number of students, class sizes, program length, and a lot of other data. Schools provide data on entrance requirements, program costs, program characteristics, joint degrees, and much more. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria. It's the best service available at http://officialmbaguide.org.

Lucy Said:

list of decent mba schools in usa requiring no work experience?

We Answered:

The problem with MBAs is that in general they are undertaken by mid-career professionals to bring their career to the next level. Inherent to most programs is previous experience in business, so unfortunately, it might be very difficult to find a program that requires no work experience. One good resource for finding MBA programs is petersons.com. Good Luck!
